ABSTRACT
Subject and purpose of work: Subject and purpose of work: The purpose of this article is to analyse factors and mechanisms of structural-spatial transformation in Ukraine’s economy under conditions of full-scale military aggression and digitalisation. Materials and methods: The research draws on analytical documents from Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, including the “Index of Digital Transformation of Ukrainian Regions,” and reports such as IT Ukraine Association Digital Tiger: The Power of Ukrainian IT (2023-2024). Results: Analysis revealed that internet development, institutional capacity, functioning of Administrative Service Centres, and prevalence of basic e-services are the most critical factors
for business relocation during wartime. Conclusions: Digital transformation amidst wartime in Ukraine serves not only as a tool for
modernisation but also as a means of survival for regions and businesses. The relocation of over 700 companies to central and western regions in 2022-2023 spurred development of digital services and integration of displaced enterprises into new economic realities.
