Przedmiot i cel pracy: Niniejsze opracowanie ma na celu analizę głównych elementów zielonego rozwoju gospodarczego, który wyznacza ramy zielonego finansowania i zielonych inwestycji. U podstaw tej analizy leży przekonanie, że zielona ekonomia sama z siebie tworzy ramy normatywne i stanowi szkołę myślenia czerpiącą z neoklasycznego myślenia o gospodarce, a także – z własnymi założeniami pojęciowymi, brakami i sprzecznościami – zaczyna wypracowywać genezę, cele i zasady filozoficzne. Materiały i metody: Zastosowano metody analityczne i opisowe oparte na krytycznym przeglądzie literatury oraz empirycznej refleksji dotyczących kluczowych aspektów i zmiennych zielonego rozwoju gospodarczego, zielonego finansowania i zielonych inwestycji. Wyniki: Wykazano, że wdrażanie działań w zakresie zielonej gospodarki napotyka na wiele przeszkód. Najistotniejsze z nich to niewystarczające finansowanie i wsparcie instytucjonalne we współpracy i praktykach koordynacyjnych.
