STRESZCZENIE
Przedmiot i cel pracy: Niniejsze badanie analizuje wpływ upowszechnienia technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (ICT) na wartość dodaną w rolnictwie w 37 krajach Afryki Subsaharyjskiej w latach 2012-2022. Celem badania jest określenie, które komponenty ICT – korzystanie z Internetu, szerokopasmowy dostęp do Internetu, abonamenty telefonii komórkowej i stacjonarnej – najskuteczniej napędzają transformację i produktywność rolnictwa. Materiały i metody: Wykorzystując dwuetapowy estymator Systemowej Uogólnionej Metody Momentów (System GMM), badanie uwzględnia endogeniczność, trwałość i nieobserwowaną heterogeniczność dynamicznych danych panelowych. Model obejmuje kluczowe wskaźniki ICT i zmienne kontrolne, takie jak nakłady brutto na środki trwałe i renty z tytułu zasobów naturalnych, a jego trafność i odporność potwierdzono testami diagnostycznymi. Wyniki: Wyniki pokazują, że korzystanie z Internetu i telefonii stacjonarnej pozytywnie wpływa na wartość dodaną w rolnictwie, podczas gdy abonamenty szerokopasmowe i mobilne wywierają negatywny wpływ, odzwierciedlając wyzwania infrastrukturalne i nasycenie.
